I would also recommend Michale Rolle. Reasonable rates and we found him to be extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately, he did say he was moving to Croydon soon - not sure if he'll have moved by now.

there's a small chinese supermarket on Catford Road, "FLK Chinese Groceries" (the No 75 bus stops outside it) - it's next to the Uniplan agency (opp the sports ground). I haven't been in there yet. Keep meaning to. I think it's closed on Sundays.

You could try Paul Strube of Strube & Co (based on Sydenham Road; google "strube & co"). I've used him before for buying my house in Syd and I thought he did a good job for me and kept me informed at all times on progress - I'm pretty sure he does wills too. I'm using him again too...
