I totally agree but i dont thinks its overlooked i think its a deliberate act to use our council tax to smarten up the areas where new voters move into to ensure they keep voting labour. ‪ This is an interesting comment; where are these areas in your view? It varies wildly; sometimes there are people on the bus that for some reason have their masks around their chin... which defeats the purpose. I wonder if this is the man who is around 6ft tall, wears a brown jacket and asks for a quid... when you're at a cash point. Very intrusive.
