yes, is going to be another esate agents. The name escapes me at the moment and its too cold to walk down the road to have a look. I was hoping it was going to be a nice bar or something similar.

Has anyone noticed the smell of raw sewage to the left of Sainsburys in Bell Green? I'll try and explain better where i mean - if you're standing in the massive car park looking at the store front its the area that runs down the left side of the store -where the buses go up and down to turn around. ...

agree with whats been said here - mostly bad pubs in sydenaham - if you can count the woodhouse as a sydenham pub it is by far and away the best although in summer i tend to get a bit pested by the abundance of kids and wasps.
