Re: Baxters Field

I'm not a member of the Friends of Baxters Field, but I don't understand how you can criticise people who take their own time to try to preserve and improve the park when you aren't willing to participate yourself. You are projecting that they won't be open to your suggestion without any basis, and ...

Re: Seeking developers/biz owners/entrepreneurs for SE6 site

I think they already owned one/some of the spaces. At least one had a CPO (I think) for the planned redevelopment of Catford town centre. It's a wide scale plan that's been in the pipeline for a number of years: https://www.lewisham.gov.uk/inmyarea/regeneration/Catford-regeneration/Pages/default.asp...

Re: Doorz

The shop looks fab. The biz name of Dulwich Reclamation in Sydders is genius; here's someone not letting themselves or their business be defined by a mere postcode! Beautifully painted and great sign-writing. Looks super smart. Anyway, based on all of the same sort of stuff going back in, and the ve...

Re: NEW CAKE SHOP IN SYDENHAM opening soon

You're preaching to the converted Stuart. I'm just pointing out why the business owners do get defensive. I'm not saying they shouldn't embrace that feedback for the good of their biz, but don't be surprised if they instead get irritated and defensive. They're only human.
