Re: The 8pm NHS celebration

Football fans will know the value of a home crowd willing their team on. It's an honour for me to be part of keeping up the spirits ...

Re: The 8pm NHS celebration

I clapped for the last time this week.

I saw the idiots on Westminster bridge and I want no part of this. People will die in May due to their selfishness and the emergency services including the police taking part is unforgivable.

I really don’t get it

Am I overreacting?

So my neighbour decides to ask for a favour. I’m isolating and have only left my home once since March 11th. He comes to my door shouting and all I’m thinking is go away I wonder how many virus particles you’ve emitted. I feel quite angry that some people think this is not a serious disease and ever...

Re: air quality

Well that explains it! It’s weird that we are in the middle of a pandemic but the reduction of traffic noise and pollution and the Lack of a desire to go shopping Has made me feel quite peaceful.

Re: Corvid 19 reality check from an A&E Dr

Right now we are still exactly on the same track as Italy. Exactly 2 weeks behind them - as we have always been. Italy went for total enforced shutdown today. If we also did that today we would hope to do better than Italy. Otherwise the longer we wait - the worse it gets. It's all there in the pap...

Seriously scary. And long. Do listen to all of it. He thinks that within a couple of weeks if the spread continues to increase we may well be in a situation where there is only one ventilator per 8 patients, and that doctors will be having to make the awful decision as to which patient gets the ven...

Re: Estate agents boards

Given that any prospective purchaser's first move is Rightmove/Zoopla etc - not driving round looking for a sign - their original purpose has gone. They are now merely adverts for the agent. Yes -outright ban is the way to go. Something to store up for the new world order we shall hopefully see aft...

Well estate agents don’t seem to be taking any time off!! we just got rid of 3 boards and now another one had gone up and I’m tempted to rip it down and smash it to pieces but that would be wrong. Is There anything I can do to s...
