House prices in Sydenham have risen by nearly 10 per cent in the last year It's a fab place to live and I've always felt it's been under valued when compared to Forest Hill/ Dulwich. It's a good investment to buy somewhere here now, but best of all it's a really great place to live.

Did anyone else see the pair of Ravens flying over Sydenham Hill this morning? They had an epic battle with a lone hawk. I do begin to wonder if they have a nest locally as it's not the first time I've heard them. BBC has a good link to the call if you want to identify them.

The problems, imo, result as the spacing between the set of lights just before the hump-back bridge, as you leave the roundabout, and the set just after.
