I'm going mad trying to find an evening yoga class in Sydenham. I don't want to join LA Fitness as i already cycle so really just want a good class / or teacher 2 or 3 times a week.

If anyone can pass on any info/advice I'd be really chuffed.

We moved from Brixton to Sydenham 5 weeks ago. So, excited about the Dolphin (our neck of the woods), succesfully navigated our way out of the Sainsburys car park after a few hashed attempts and with street parkng spaces galore often don't take the space outside our house just for the hell of it. .....
