A warm welcome - it is an amazing place to live. Affordable and accessible with loads of green pockets to enjoy and the ability to scoot out of town and the country as well with ease

That’s not what is happening here. The point is to use the mechanism to secure something else of value for the area, not just another supermarket or similar addition which lacks ambition. Why should people in Sydenham not be more visionary and have both ambition and expectation of their town planner...

Whether retained or demolished, the land needs to be sorted out properly and something of equal architectural interest and benefit to the local area built to replace it.
We need to see this as an opportunity.
