I think this is the best thing that could happen to Sydenham, Penge and Norwood. Crystal Palace Park should have a Crystal Palace. We will be back on the map. In my opinion the trees on the site now should be cut down to make way and comapny building the Crystal Palace should buy Dulwich golf corse ...

Does anybody know if Pissarro's painting of the old station on Lordship Lane is painted from the north or from the south and if that Grey object on the hill on the left of the painting is the Crystal Palace?

Just wandering if anybody knew of any old photo's of
-The old railway bridge next to what was Lordship Lane Station.
-The old ticket office at Forest Hill Station that was destroyed during the war.
either of thease would be very interesting and appreciated.
