LPR should be made cpz in that case with no bus lane.
That would force commuters to use their feet to get to the station, or dare i say it.....use public transport

Lawrie park rd would be good to convert to cycling zone.
The cars speed massively down this road, and considering it adjoins crystal palace park pretty much, this could be an ideal place to convert
