Re: NEW: LGBTQIA+ Book Group at Kirkdale Bookshop!
I have attempted to split this topic so that the arguments are confined to a topic of the same name in the Pub. Apologies if this makes either or both of the respective threads read rather strangely. I have also returned the "Q" to the title of this part of the topic. Please be kind, I'm t...

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
He has had at least two sockpuppet accounts on here in the past.Rod Taylor asked:
?? Admin - how likely is it that a poster on STF could be a Chris Beach sock puppet? Am I right in presuming as long as he continues to change email address he could pop up indefinitely with a new sock puppet?

Re: advice about wasp nest
Sounds like a bumble bee nest - they often have nests in the ground. I don't think wasps do that.

Some photos of the park on it's official opening, including the London mayor and Lewisham mayor. Lots of people swimming too!

Please keep on subject, posters. I'd rather not move this to the Pub.

Re: Do not use this section for Wanted or Offer requests
The Cafe - as I have posted at the top of the Cafe threads - is not for wanted or offer requests because they have a specific section for those. What is there to not understand about that? And Mosy is quite right about the difference between the Cafe and the Wanted forums, as applied to the "be...

BBC Question Time in Dulwich tomorrow
BBC question time was going to be in Bolton this Thursday but is now going to be in Dulwich (at JAGs) to enable MPs to return back to the House. Ash Sarkar is on the panel. If you fancy being in the audience, call 01299 829299 and leave your name and address on the answerphone, I think they are scra...

Re: Knighton Park Road
John, A CPZ is a controlled parking zone. At a simple level, if you were trying to stop commuters (probably not in KPR from what you've said about Hexagon?) you could just have no parking except residents from 11-2 each weekday. Re: Beckenham Beacon Urgent Care Centre
Wait times vary hugely at The Beacon! Sometimes the room can be full, sometimes only a few people there. I've not waited more than an hour, but that's based on only a few instances.
