Re: Lower Sydenham station - safe to walk at night?

Hi there I use Lower Sydenham in the dark, but I only walk along the road, not the footpath. Personally I think it depends on what time you will be using it. If you get off a commuter train (and I count those as any arrival up to 8pm, others may feel differently) then you will find you have company...

Strangely: - The particulars for the unit (at http://www.acorncommercial.co.uk/files/ ... 26lr-1.pdf)...

Re: Parking problems

The 'rights' of the commuters are served by creating good and convenient public transport links so they are not tempted to drive and park to a station some distance from their home. It's especially stupid in Sydenham of all places where there is a huge car park a 5 minute walk from the station. The...

Re: Parking problems

Just answered a knock at the door requesting I move my car as it blocking access to the fire bright yellow hydrant that needs to be repaired. Except it isn't mine. Today I think it belongs an ordinary out of borough commuter. Luckily we are not on fire. People nowadays just don't care where they pa...

Re: Parking problems

What some councils do instead of the CPZ process they single yellow line a street and enforce that street between 11.30 and 12pm thus forcing commuters to find somewhere else to cause issues for residents.
