Re the lack of helmets, I believe that the police keep records of problem bikers helmets for ID purposes. It will be interesting to see how the proposed boundary changes to parliamentary constituencies affects Lewisham. Sydenham is going to be lumped in with Dulwich. A rather less safe seat for Labour!
