Several of the local shops around sydenham sell veg that's practically rotting, and either don't sell meat at all or only sell the hghly-processed stuff. i've visited the pub since it's reopened. It's really nice, and the bar staff are really helpful.

Personally, I like the music they play, but I guess it's not to everyone's taste. I suspect they will have to tone down the indie-focus a bit, in order to pull in a more mixed crowd.
