I walked past this house a few days ago and looks like it's being done up / developed......

The house I find scary is the one on Newlands Park that is covered in ivy and pigeons. Now and again there is a light on in one window but the rest of the house is deathly dark and quiet.......

Julwlz this is really brilliant! Well done! I think the idea of you doing your own pics and exhibiting them locally is a great idea - you should consider it!!

I hope this new place takes into account the huge amount of mums in the area who would love to have some choice for lunchtime meeting venues in Sydenham - if the owners are reading this please make sure to install child changing facilities and you'll be quids in!! Also aren't mexican restaurants all...

Has anyone used any reliable decorators in the area? I need someone to paint walls and woodwork (doorframes, skirting boards etc) in my house. I recently had a flyer advertising a couple of Polish decorators - has anyone else used these - were they any good? Any advice would be appreaciated!

Hello. I wonder if anyone has already complained about the amount of Grafitti in Newlands Park. It looks very ugly and spoils an otherwise nicely kept park. I see someone well-meaning has tried to start growning some ivy to cover part of it which is comendable but it does look a state.
