yes - certainly seems to be moving along in the last few days. One of the most exciting new openings in the last few years in Sydenham IMO.... and a very prominent location for footfall...

Sainsbury's is due to open this week - they have developed that site at super quick speed! It looks almost completed now, and yet was just a shell a few weeks ago.....

Just think how different that corner of SE26 would look once we have the pub and adjacent unit filled

Sydenham for me every time. In the morning rush hour, by the time most trains get to Forest Hill (let alone Honor Oak Park) it's standing room only.....Even many at Sydenham are jammed full between 7 and 9. It's a sure sign of a booming population in London!

I hope the developers are eagerly looking for a suitable occupier and we won't need to wait until 2017 for some further developments.

Anyway, on a plus not, it is not the eyesore it was even 3 months ago but a way to go yet.....
