I agree that the repeater signs are both unnecessary, especially as the speed survey revealed that on Prince, Kings and Dukesthorpe Roads the average speeds were around 20 mph already, and also unsightly in a conservation area, but it seems to be a small price to pay for introducing a measure which ...
