I say: go for it!!! The 'better' quality places all do surprisingly well in Sydenham these days - I think Sydenham is totally ready for a nice Pizza restaurant - word would get around so you'd be serving Penge/Forest Hill/Upper Sydenham ... it's the rubbishy places that seem to suffer these days.
