Can the Syd Soc share these with the planners as part of the current Regeneration planning. It would be amazing to mandate that the shop fronts were returned to original state - and would create a truly unique environment for the area, and possibly London as a whole.... and drive a virtuous cycle of...

I think it would be great to have 24 hours at Savacentre. Bell Green is an industrial zone so please, Sydenham Society think of consulting Sydenham residents before you carry on trying to stop all development in the area. Bell Green remains an eyesore purely because of the opposition from yourselves...

It depends on your Drs - if you are at Sydenham Green you can do Lewisham or Kings. Then if you live in LBB (like I do) then you can ask for PRU. I had baby no 1 at PRU as I was with a doctors in Penge so I had no choice - Emergency C-Section - Gutted! For baby number 2 I did more research on c-sect...

as for Builders......
And for builders, try Speargold, based in Beckenham. They do everything from extensions to bathrooms, brickwork, electrics, kitchens, plastering etc etc etc
Ring 020 8650 6650 and ask for Brett Carpenter.
Great quality, reliable. Just wish I'd found them earlier......

try Historic Brick Pointing
If you're looking for serious quality pointing HBP are the guys. They repointed the front of our ...

Does anyone know when the two shacks by the railway bridge are going to be demolished to make way for the new building. Also I've heard rumours that the ground floor may be being run by the guys behind the EDT in East Dulwich?...... fingers crossed..... Link to Lewisham planning site on this buildin...

Thanks Falkor.... what an amazing site but unfortunately no sign of Cator Road. Cator Road has been unchanged (more or less) since the 1880s (I think) so fingers crossed there will be something somewhere. The challenge is that the road straddles the boundary between Lewisham and Bromley (and previou...

Cator Road - looking for old images......
Hello!
I've been hunting for photos of Cator Road in Sydenham for a while now.
As it is a Conservation Area I am hoping that there is some photographic evidence of its history...... can anyone out there help?!
Thanks
Charlie
