Re: food waste collection
Does anyone know how we can get new food waste bags? The relevant page on the Lewisham website shows the option to order a replacement food waste bin (which we don't need) but not new food waste sacks (which we do need).

Nando's don't use free-range chickens so they can get to *&^! as far as I'm concerned. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/lidl-nando-chicken-supplier-taunton-somerset-farm-deformed-birds-die-slowly-animal-rights-a7872226.html http://metro.co.uk/2017/08/03/shocking-video-shows-chicken...

Re: Lemon Tree
In my humble opinion it's never a great idea for a restaurant apparently wanting to advertise itself as offering international cuisine with some degree of authenticity to simultaneously offer an English breakfast buffet. Totally puts me off trying out the Indian food there. I don't see this place la...

Interested to read all this. I too have left the shop scratching my head about how the total bill could have been so much. I'll double check the amounts from now on.

I find it odd that people get the hump about people asking for money yet no thread about the folks on Sydenham Road near the Newlands Park bus stop always trying to stop people in order to sell them bloody broadband! I ain't into that!

They are happy with this way of life? Really?? Yes, they are a problem, but stop for a minute and think about the root cause. You may be presupposing as much as everyone else Granine. There is quite a chance these beggars are Roma and in that case begging is very much part of a cultural tradition r...

They've been around for as long as I've lived in Syd which is coming up five years now. When I lived just on the corner of Kent House Road and Sydenham Road they were out all night most nights just doing laps down Kent House Road, up the High Street and eventually coming round again. Really annoying...

Caffe Nero? Starbucks? MCDONALDS?!! I think the high street is pretty cool! I like a few of the cafes and there are some nice food shops. I've lived all over London and this is the first place where I've had a well-stocked bookshop within a short walk of a really nice place for lunch and a health-fo...
