I am very sorry for the doggies and their owners.
However 6 dogs far too many for one dog walker . Also surely they can walk to park nearby .

Glad all sorted but if I were you I would mail the Council or my Councillor pointing out that there should be consultation before
a similar thing happens again.

I know the area of WPR suffered badly by bombing and the 60's urge by Lewisham Council to pull down everything.
Best place to look is the Records Office in Lewisham Library , top floor.
Excellent maps and many old directories.
