Perhaps Art4 should be given a chance to "improve" the market?

I don't like a load of twaddle being used when it's all quite straight forward to simpletons like me.

End the late licence (2am) and the noise will end, it's all very simple really, let the night clubs be in areas where it doesn't affect the locals.

I was surprised when even 2am was allowed in a residential area, why aren't they forced to close at 11am like most pubs? Yes, they pay I think its £5.00 to the parish council who draw up a map of the village and where the garage sales are, then the public pay £2.00 to the parish council for the completed map, all the money made on the maps goes to the hall.
