A fabulous selection of pumpkins there Tim!
Do rosehips count? I've got lots of those in my garden.

Re: The foul mess at The Woodman
It's such a shame that it was taken over by an estate agent...
I wonder if they're going to move out of the shop opposite once the work at the Woodman is finished?

Re: NEW OPENINGS, NEW CLOSINGS
I just hope that's a temporary window to cover up the fit-out inside until they open... It is awful and cheap looking and shouldn't be allowed as a permanent shopfront. As a resident of Sydenham I am getting fed up with the low quality, garish and shoddy shopfronts of most of the shops on Sydenham R...

Re: Tredown Road house fire
Looks like the house was gutted by looking at the height of those flames. Awful. I feel sorry for whoever lived there.

Re: Cobbs Corner Roundabout
This wonky roundabout is no more. It has ceased to be. It's expired and gone to meet its maker. It's stiff, bereft of life, it rests in peace... It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. This is an ex-wonky roundabout! :D http://i1148.photobucket.com/albums/o575/owl_wise/Cobbs%20Cor...

Re: Cattery or Cat Sitter
I've also used CatCalls. They were brilliant. They gave them treats and spent time with them. My cats ignored me when I got back from holiday but looked like they were well loved whilst I was away.
I highly recommend them.

I think your photographs a great Paul. You have a great eye. My fave's the one of the kids and their chalk drawings on the ground...and the photo of the flying crow...and the one of the street lamp...

Re: RIP DYLON FACTORY
I agree. The replacement looks tragic. It's unpleasant to the eye and ruins the landscape. It's just a big ugly box.

MaryMcK, is this the previous Woodman decor you were referring to?

Re: Sushi of Sydenham
The best sushi by far around these parts is Sapporo in Catford (behind the town hall). The food is great, the portions are not stingy and the price is right AND it is always busy. I have often ordered and picked up (because they do not deliver). Take a leaf out of their book and if you open up in Sy...
