Re: zigghy coffea shop
Went to try this today for coffee and cake. Firstly. Flat white was not a flat white but a coffee with froth on top. Pot of Tea has one bag in it, you need two for a pot otherwise you're just getting weaker tea for more money. Cakes were plastic wrapped bought cakes nothing freshly made. Can't comme...

Re: Accident in Kent House Rd
Anyone know what happened in the accident in Kent House Rd at lunchtime? A smashed up car was right across the road and seemed to have hit a parked car, right by the bus stop near the roundabout with Kent House Lane. The buses going towards Penge could only just get past. I think a car on Kent Hous...

Some pretty crass levels of conjecture on this thread. Local business deserves better than local keyboard warrior putting two and two together and coming up with a potential five... Keyboard warrior? Power to the people that can hold businesses accountable for poor service or food. You carry on wea...

next day saw the manager buying his food frozen from Lidl. Nothing against Lidl but I'd expect better from a Pub Restaurant. Perhaps it was for personal use? Even pub managers need to eat... This was wholesale purchasing Lidl don't do wholesale, they are a retailer. Do you mean he was buying a lot ...

Re: New plans for Calabash of Culture site
Wanted to go to On The Hoof last night and saw it was closed on a Saturday night. Anyone know why and how can a business succeed with erratic opening hours?
Calabash was the same when it was open never knew what days it was going to be randomly closed.

Re: New Barber - Recommendation!
Went here today, well I'm a convert and Paris is now my new barber.
He's super friendly and a total professional.
Got my ear hair flamed and my nasal hair waxed.
Oh and a super haircut.
Can't recommend enough.
Didn't feel rushed and felt very pampered.
