Mr Gerrard,
Thankyou for keeping us informed.
Just one question. When you purchased the Greyhound site did you do so on the condition that Barter Inns were no longer tennants? If so why? If not, were you prepared to buy the site with a functioning pub on site?
Thanks
Simon

They are about 8 ft high and all they have on them are smell metal boxes with yellow tape on them. They are not CCTV cameras. T...

Could anybody please tell me the name of the company that owned the Greyhound before Wealdfrost/Milford and rented the pub to Barter Inns? Thanks in advance.

Love those estate agents :), Probably marketed as Sydenham borders. Stiil those of us who love in Sydenham proper should take it as a compliment I suppose.

Shenlong, would that be the feller who had a Renualt but now drives a Nissan Micra. Wondered why he'd changed his motor. Bad luck for him; seems like a hard worker who could well do without that sort of aggro. BTW, saw a burned out car in the middle of Home Park today, wasn't there last week. Doesn'...

Just been past there and the only bit of the high street now cordoned off is a few shops from Siverdale down to the Newlands Park lights. Station looked fully open so I would guess trains will be stopping as normal in the morning.

Seems pertinent to bring this up now, considering recent local events, not that they are connected in anyway.

Good riddance then if thats what you want. There are plenty of parts of London that have all those and as far as I'm concerned your welcome to them. Oh sorry I forgot Czech Rep, you cant actually afford to buy in those places.

Have to agree; great local company. I needed reading glasses four years ago and they were very helpful and gave me decent priced options. repairs adn replacements are always reasonable and you dont feel any pressure to spend a lot.
