Just one question. When you purchased the Greyhound site did you do so on the condition that Barter Inns were no longer tennants? If so why? If not, were you prepared to buy the site with a functioning pub on site?

Could anybody please tell me the name of the company that owned the Greyhound before Wealdfrost/Milford and rented the pub to Barter Inns? Thanks in advance.

Love those estate agents , Probably marketed as Sydenham borders. Stiil those of us who love in Sydenham proper should take it as a compliment I suppose.

Just been past there and the only bit of the high street now cordoned off is a few shops from Siverdale down to the Newlands Park lights. Station looked fully open so I would guess trains will be stopping as normal in the morning.

I predict thet Greyhound will remain closed and undeveloped, if it doesn't burn down first.

Have to agree; great local company. I needed reading glasses four years ago and they were very helpful and gave me decent priced options. repairs adn replacements are always reasonable and you dont feel any pressure to spend a lot.
