Not a problem Annie... It winds me up too. There's just no excuse - and driving up and dumping on others' property is indefensible! We have a number of flats which are sublet in our private converted block and every time people move out I end up having to get rid of whatever people dump by the bins...

I regularly have to report faulty traffic lights on Southend Lane. The telephone number to report the matter to is 020 8314 2564, or you can report faults on the TFL website. Either way, from my experience, they'll take about 7-10 days to attend to them, irrespective of what chaos is being created.

Perhaps the publishers decided it would be too highbrow for Sydenham, and wouldn't be popular here.
