I only had 3 sets of kids turn up to my house for treats. Lucky kids got handfuls of chocolate but I still have tonnes more. So sweet they were, wishing me happy halloween :) I'm glad that they had fun but wish more people took part. NOT a single teenager turned up and no eggs/flour etc. so I dunno ...

Do the kids even go on to the residential streets?!

I've got some chocolate but not seeing any ghosts/witches etc.

Well I'll be getting some treats for the kiddies for when they come to my door but I'm not sure how much to get!! On a diet so don't want anything to be left over, but don't want to run out either!

Well the bike is still stashed away in our pathway. I don't know what we should do with it and it is a mountain bike so it's the same one I imagine.

About 2 weeks ago we noticed a red bike stashed in a pathway used to access our back garden. It's still there! I wonder if it was stolen and then stashed there?

actually I wanted to ask about halloween too. I don't have kids but in my old neighbourhood we would buy stuff for the kids that come 'round door to door. I take it this doesn't happen in Sydenham?

I thought it was an offence. I was watching something on tv the other night and the cops were arresting guys pissing outside of a night club. One guy was being dragged away and he continued to pee all the way to the police car!!

I paid £33 to Gatwick using the cab office just outside Sydenham station.

getting a seat after 8am is hit or miss - there are usually seats when the train pulls in but depending on how many people are in front of you entering the doors will determine if you get a seat or not.

Yes there was rain (very light rain) and I did hear thunder once. Was out for a walk from 9pm to 9:40 pm.
