Sydenham DIY

Post by Nigel »

After about 20 years of going there for every conceivable type of DIY materials I felt it was time to say thank you for nearly always having what I needed , getting it in when they don't , delivering my fence free of charge , never saying "if it's not on the shelf we don't do it ", knowing what the bloody hell I'm talking about , not making me buy 10 no6 countersunk when I only need 4 and for being cheaper ,better and more helpful than every Wickes Homebase and B&Q .
Lets hear it for Hement and his staff .
A very good evening

Was in there today, after I foolishly went to the B&Q at lower Sydenham for the first and hopefully only time.
Its one of the best stores in Sydenham for me since I moved here 14 years ago.

Couldn't agree with previous posters more. Always helpful, will order what you want if they don't have it, will delivery large items if necessary, and their prices are often lower than the large DIY stores.
