Cheap rehearsal space

Does anyone know of a cheap place that can be hired for 5 people to rehearse music in ? ( Acoustic and not amplified ) . Ideally that you can park near ? Lewisham list local community centres and halls but I thought I'd start with the good burghers of Sydenham first
