Peak hill avenue street party

Anyone else being disrupted by the noise from this event? Their sound system is way too loud. I can hear it with my double glazing shut and I am quite far away.

All for a neighbourly get together (and this is only an annual thing) but don't see the need for such a loud sound system, especially so late. Kids will be in bed by now.
