Improvements to Sydenham

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a list of finished council work or planned works for the last 18 months?

depends - do you mean road/street works? developments? or something else?
my first suggestion would be to contact the council and ask...
possibly have to send an FOI request, and if you can't find a contact for that then there is a great website 'what do they know' where you can register, and ask questions, and the site will contact the relevant council on your behalf.
