Road traffic accident in lower Sydenham Friday

Anyone know about the accident in lower Sydenham area on Friday, around 3pm? The buses were on diversion for a time, and there were at least 3 ambulances dashing about. One suggestion said an accident in Perry Vale area.

The accident occurred at the junction of champion road and sydenham road. 2 cars involved. The roof of one of the cars had to be cut off to get passenger(s) out.
