Does anyone know what is happening to what used to be the Co-Op? Or who holds the lease, please?

All I know is the lights have been on 24/7 for weeks..... months - since June?
I wonder who will have to pay the electric bill!!

Hmm. Deep pockets re 24/7 lighting bill, which is presumably being paid or there'd be no light.
