It's being turned into some sort of office space. The ex kebab shop next to it is also becoming something (probably flats).

It is such a shame that there is no interest in a cafe here. Given the pocket square, trees and wide pavements, it has better air quality than the high street, & would be a lovely place to sit with a coffee.
