Business premises for rent on Venner Rd, just off high st

I noticed the small detached building at the top of Venner Road (in between the estate agents and the hall) has a handwritten sign saying it's available for rent as business premises. Compact and bijou, as spaces go.

Might make a good place for yoga classes, say. Or a pop-up gallery space (nice white-painted exposed brick walls from what I can see).

Might anyone be interested in seeing if the owner would be interested in community-space type ideas?
