Interesting
When do we see political turbulence coming to an end?

what would be better is if they cleaned up their sold/to let signs.
They blight the area, and drown it in leaflet and mass mail shots.

I do find it laughable that we're meant to turn to an estate agent for an expert view of the political future. Particularly when most serious and impartial political experts admit to not having a clue what is going to happen post Brexit. I've been closely monitoring the Sydenham housing market for the last 18 months and in the type of properties I am interested in (3 bedroom with garden) are either not selling or being reduced. Very little new stock being put on the market. Seeing a few properties marketed by Pedder, hanging around after being overpriced and eventually being offered ata lower price by a different agent.

Indeed, but it's so much more socially acceptable to talk about property prices than politics
Meanwhile another agent is urging us to sign up to sell

More desperate marketing, from Peckham
