Xmas lights

Post by sydenhamboy »

Credit where credit is due - glad we've got those nice subtle white Xmas lights this year. Far better than those depressing 'colour' xmas lights from previous years. They used to make the high street look like Tooting high-street circa '87. Think they look much better. And they match with Forest Hill's. This is quite possibly one of the most boring 'posts' I've done so far. But I wanted to get it off my chest.
And, yes, a Waitrose would be nice.

That's all.

Couldn't agree more! The high street does look lovely and much nicer than last year. :D

To make it even more festive, children from Our Lady and St Philip Neri will be carol singing outside the Co-Op this afternoon between 4 and 5pm. They are fund raising for a homeless charity, so if you are passing, throw a coin in their buckets!
