Problems with phone lines and broadband Upper Sydenham

We're on Whittell Gardens, off of Sydenham Park and we have had no broadband and phone lines since yesterday. Our neighbours are experiencing the same problems and I understand there is a business on Willow Way who have the same problem too. Is anyone else experiencing this? Wondering how wide spread it is. We were told they'd get someone onto it in 72 hrs. We're with Sky but neighbours are with BT.

We are on Round Hill - phone and internet been out since Tuesday. Told then it would be fixed by today. Problem at the exchange apparently - also told problem is quite widespread.

my broadband is irritatingly slow at the moment - wonder if that's connected. I'm near the Sydenham station area. Annoying.

Most of the phone lines and Broadband have been down since Tuesday. A friend on Sydenham Park Road said Talk Talk had told her that it might be Saturday now that the problem has been rectified. I'm on a dongle now - fantastic when you work from home!

Yay! Phone and broadband back on this afternoon - at last!!

My broadband was down Friday till Sunday but strangely still no phone?

Engineer here in 10 mins hopefully will sort things out.

Still no phone service and very limited broadband in Fairlawn Park!

phone your supplier, mine was sorted out within 24hrs of reporting the fault, pretty impressed.

Thanks - have taken that advice and have called and emailed BT numerous times since 24th April - they just keep moving the goal post.

The poor woman at Istanbul (shop) only got hers reconnected yesterday afternoon and she has a business line.

For her it meant that they had no security system, no cctv and they couldn't take card transactions. They lost about £1000 in business.

Anyway they've said it will be sorted out today. If not I'll have to escalate it further.
