Hold on to your Dogs!

Post by Zoelee »

Might not be anything, but what with all the recent dog thefts I just wanted to let you all know...

A Irish guy in a white van just pulled alongside my partner, who was walking our chihuahua, and asked if he could have our dog!

Keep an eye out folks...

Will Tesco stoop any lower to source cheap meat?

I am not sure the breed mentioned would have enough meat to make it worth while.

I recently saw they had a pack of 6 stolen chihuahuas in Tesco, or 'Hot Dogs' as they called them.

Don't really think 2 legged Chihuahuas really fit in with the Sydenham scene !

I think a post called "hold on to your kids" would be good as my daughter's nursery informed us of a 3rd child abduction attempt in the Forest Hill (Dartmouth Road) in the past 8 weeks!

As they say in Vietnam:

A dog isn't just for Christmas - you can have it cold on Boxing Day !!!!!

As a dog owner, I sympathize, Zoe. I'm afraid there are some pretty heartless people posting on this forum.

I too like well behaved dogs with sensible and civilised owners.

It was only a joke.

Certainly would have my full support for rounding up all dogs not on leads and also any trophy dogs with or without owners. What they do with them up to them.

I don't usually believe anything I read in the National Enquirer ( US equivalent of our Sunday Sport trash ) but check it out apparently HM the Queen is thinking about swapping traditional corgis for chihuahas  - give me a boxer any day !

Matilda
I cannot believe it either. There is no way HM would swap her exiting doggies for others.

We used to have a corgi when I was young and they are lovely dogs.

I'm really confused now: Did someone attempt to steal one of the Queen's dogs then? :?

I believe the poster is just trying to highlight the problem of 'dog thefts!'

Yes Bradford I think everyone realised what the OP meant on their original post. Surely you will allow the odd social comment.

I think one of the Queen's dogs did pass away recently. Very sad.
