SYDENHAM OLD PHOTO free to good home

Post by Esther »

Hi,

I went to a jumble sale many years ago and picked up alot of old photos that no body wanted so I felt sorry for them. I have a really old black and white postcard photograph of at least 30 smartly dressed men in suits around a very old car that is the size of a limo with 10 of them sitting in it, outside the Sydenham stationer and above that is a sign partly showing saying "..... steamers" Photograph has cut the rest off. It may be early 1900's. I am looking for a good home for it and someone who will appreciate it.
Free to good home. Please email me if interested.

I think this photo turns up regulary on ebay as a postcard, its not actually Sydenham town, but Sydenham [surname] coaches somewhere on the coast;
its what was called a charabanc
