Our next course begins on Saturday 15th September 2018. This course is for absolute beginners and runners returning after injury or long absence. If you have a little running experience this may also be suitable should you wish to progress. If you have recently had a baby please speak to your GP before signing up. Please contact us if you are unsure whether this course is right for you. Each session lasts 1 – 1.5 hrs (not all of it running!). The course is structured so that you can miss a couple of sessions but please note that it is a cumulative course, so each session builds on the last. It’s very low-key, and we provide a safe social environment with experienced runners and ex-beginners as companions.
