And we're back!

Sydenham's acclaimed theatre company Spontaneous Productions is thrilled to announce we've been given the go ahead for live theatre this summer. Outdoor theatre show for all ages PUSS IN BOOTS will run for 16 performances (2 perfs daily at 2 & 3pm) over 8 days from 15-23 August* in the bowling green of Mayow Park. (*please note there are no performances on Tue 18 Aug.)

Shows last 30 mins and we will strictly observing government guidelines on social distancing, keeping everybody as safe as possible - audience and performers alike!

From the same team who staged the sell-out Alice in Wonderland shows in Mayow Park last summer, expect amazing songs, comedy chases, dance routines and swashbuckling sword fights as Puss in Boots helps his master Mick the Miller's Son outwit the villainous Bandit King to rescue the Princess and return to Dame Wendy Miller's windmill in time for tea. Olé!

Written by Jonathan Kaufman and Jane Walker, original songs and music by Paul Tornbohm, costumes by Jackie Poulett, choreography and assistant director Michelle Buckley, fights arranged by Joe Golby. Produced and directed by Jonathan Kaufman. Cast: Jimand Allotey as Puss in Boots, James Jack Bentham as Mick the Miller's Son, William Hastings as Dame Wendy Miller, Kluane Saunders as the Narrator and Princess Esperanza and Paul-D Stephenson as Rodolpho the Bandit King
