Looking to buy on Ormanton or Amberley

I’ve been dreaming of moving to Upper Sydenham since 2016.

I’m looking to buy one of the 2 bed houses on Ormanton Road or Amberley Grove. Painfully my Catford house has just sold as the last recent house on sale on these roads was also sold.

Is anyone on those roads planning to sell soon? Or similar nearby?

Found a place. On top of Sydenham Hill. Julian Taylor Path.

Is that Sydenham or Forest Hill? I know it’s in the Forest Hill ward, but it’s on top of Kirkdale.
