Feeling a little out of balance in mind, body or every day life? Come along to all or any of the Finding Balance workshops in Forest Hill where we'll combine dynamic and yin yoga with mindfulness meditation, journaling exercises, and tea in the garden if we're lucky with the sunshine!

ENERGISE AND AWAKEN begins with a dynamic flowing yoga practice to build up strength, heat and energy in the body. There'll be energising back bends, balancing, and the chance to play around with some arm balances and inversions. Through movement and mindfulness techniques we'll reawaken a deep connection with our bodies.
SLOW DOWN AND UNWIND will include a long yin yoga practice where postures are held on the floor, with the support of bolsters and other props, for 3-5 minutes. This slow meditative practice provides a much needed balance to the movement of dynamic yoga and to the rushing around of our daily lives.
LIVING MINDFULLY will introduce you to a variety of mindfulness techniques for breath, body and mind. We'll practice mindfulness meditation exercises, mindful movement, and you'll leave feeling a heightened awareness of all your senses!
FINDING BALANCE will bring elements from all the previous sessions together as we learn what finding more balance really means for each one of us.
