Local handyman?

Post by Leese »

I'm looking for a handyman in Sydenham who could come and install a cat flap for me. Can anyone recommend someone who'll do a reliable job and won't charge the earth? Thanks!

We use Simon Hart who advertises on here. He is a decorator by trade but turns his hand to most things. Local chap, happy to leave him our keys.

Lovely, thanks Sue. Does he do lawns, do you happen to know?

Well, after a fashion. I'm down in Lower Sydenham/Bellingham, just off Worsley Bridge, but it's not a good situation. It was hobson's choice, sadly. I'm hoping one day to be able to move back up closer to town; I'm really not happy here and missing it dreadfully, but as a charitable person on a landlord forum (that I posted to on the offchance someone might know of somewhere) said: 'It's better than a park bench'...
