Can you please let me know if you know of somewhere in the area where I can buy a replacement glass top for a cabinet. Is there somewhere that cuts glass to size? Many thanks
Sydenham DIY (on the high street and close to Kirkdale roundabout) will do that for you. Not the cheapest place to get glass, but the most convenient and they have a reasonable choice of glass types.
I'm a very big fan of Sydenham DIY, but haven't personally bought any glass from them. If you can't find what you need at Sydenham DIY, perhaps try: Adroit Glass & Glazing, 9 St Georges Parade, Woolstone Road, Perry Hill London SE6 4DT Tel: 020 8812 2831. They're at the northern end of Woolstone Road, just before the junction with Perry Hill. The 75 bus goes past on route to Catford. If going that far, could also give Wickes a ring, as you'll be almost there by then.
