I was just wondering if you know what developers are building on the plot of land behind Grace House in Sydenham Avenue?

Is the Grace House part of Sydenham Avenue in LB Lewisham or Bromley? If someone could let me know that - and the street number of the development - I could try and find out what's happening there.
