Shameless Advert!!!!!!!!

Does anyone fancy playing 5aside at goals on Monday nights at 8:30pm??

The regular game that Gary, Lucien and I play in is starting to struggle for numbers.

It's a similar level to Wednesdays, with a good mix of older guys and youngsters.

We need an extra 1 tonight, and a few to join the whatsapp group moving forward.

Shoot me a text if interested, 07921138663.

Cheers,

Aaron

Chris and Alex are in. So we are at 18. I’ll have a little look at a second pitch just in case.

As a precaution, to COVID-19, I wonder if there would be support for the following changes to the usual match rules.

1. Exclusion zones around each player. I suggest no player is allowed to approach another player by a distance of less than 1 meter

2. Anyone found to be coughing, or sneezing, to be sent in goal where they are not allowed out of the box (or anyone else is allowed in).

3. Anyone over the age of 75, with underlying health concerns, may want to miss a week or two.

4. No handshakes

5. No sharing drinks

I’m happy with them rules, I am going to self isolate myself from football activities for at least the next 3 weeks 👍🏼

Ha ha . I reckon point number 1 is always in force for latchie anyway as you can never usually catch him!!

Lads ill keep an eye on your numbers and if you go down to odd numbers i may pop along.

if not no problem, happy to stay home and self isolate.

MattR is also waiting in the wings for a game. If everyone is happy to - we could play with a couple of subs.
