Hi

I am looking for an evening or weekend pregnancy yoga class in Sydenham or Penge (or the surrounding area). can anyone help me?

On the noticeboard in Well Being in the high street there is an advert for yoga in pregnancy classes - one at Holy Trinity Church in Lennard Rd and the other in Penge I think. Sorry, did not have a pen so could not take down details!

Pregnancy Yoga is a t Holy Trinity Church on Lennard Road on wednesday evenings from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. Call Katy on 0208 659 5201 to reserve places.... she also does post-natal yoga in Beckenham.
I attended the sessions and really enjoyed them,
