Music in the Park 10th June 3pm

Post by Dotkin »

Dear All

The Friends of Alexandra Rec and Cator Park will be holding their annual music in the park on the 10th June 3pm in Alexandra Rec (Lennard Road end)- this is a free event and all are welcome - why not make an afternoon of it and bring a picnic! The Crystal Palace brass band will be playing and we'll be joined again this year by the Sydenham Singology Choir. There will also be stalls with yummy cakes, face painting and a raffle. This year all money raised is going to the charity.

Please come along, bring your friends and have a great afternoon in a lovely local park!

In London, a patch of dirt that has been grassed over.

Or a disused mass plague pit.

Simple.
It has always been called Alex Rec Ground. Never Park.

Went to this last year.... Or might have been year before?! It was a nice low key gathering in the sunshinen and I won a bottle of wine in the raffle.
The choir was great although it did all go a bit too Jesus for me...

p.s. It's a park.

That's a bit harsh.

But never mind :D

Especially when so easy to find out who did it
